The South American progressive house duo have been busy ripping up the studio creating uplifting big room tracks for 2013. They've just released the two killer hits, "Something About You" Feat. Terri B! and "Meant To Be" Feat. Giuseppe Viola.

"Something About You" featuring the vocals of Terri B! The uplifting production sounds like Almighty channelling classic Perfecto while attempting a progressive pop track. Terri B sounds incredible, possessing a voice that can be both soft, pretty europop vs. screaming gospel diva. "Something About You" will sound just as great on a dance floor as on the radio or your iPod. Is catchy, powerful, and will make you sing day and night.

"Meant To Be" features Italian vocalist Giuseppe Viola, who has performed at various venues in Los Angeles such as Roxie, Whisky Go Go and Viper Room. Viola plays a vast diversity of music genres ranging anywhere from Opera to Hip-Hop and performs in English, Italian and Spanish. This single illustrates the propelling sounds of HIIO, in which they bring this vibrant energy and radiance to their music.

Revolvr - Clockwork EP (Free download)

It's been three months since his last EP release on Dim Mak, and now Revolvr circles back to serve us his latest offering - "Clockwork." This time his focus is placed squarely on complex instrumental composition and syncopating sounds intertwined together like moving pieces in a clock; creating a single machine ticking through the pulse of music.

The title track, Clockwork, embraces simplicity and the fusion of electro and techno elements with infectious rising synth lines that lead to a drop with raw basslines and synth whips that may just break some necks.

The B-side, Synthphony takes us through a playful blend of trance elements and electro undertones, with spacey melodic plucks and uncanny vocal signals on the break. All the while, variations of epic synth lines and stabs bounce through the track to give the listener an orchestral journey that's simply out of this world.

After keeping the releases on a low frequency and meanwhile slowly changing the musical course of the label, Bmktlsch Rcrds' frontrunner and captain Mike Mago, together with his hardworking team, has set up a whole new line of new releases for 2013. 

Needless to say, the office has been working day & night to set up the 'New Look, New Sounds & New Artists' campaign. Acts like Broke One, (the recently debuted) Tuff Wheelz, 22/22, Lars Moston & Teenage Mutants and many more will join the release-schedule for the coming periode. Melodic and energetic, classic and current, buoyant and dancefloor minded. Simply powerful stuff. So rest assured: these releases are hard not to like! 

The latter definitely applies on Mike's EP 'The Show'. The A-side is an effectively produced dancefloor anthem that aplies to cross genre sets and aims to be seen on danceradio playlists worldwide. Melodic bass stabs and catchy rave piano's alternate, while the vocal cut suplies the soulfull element. A cheeky combo of harmonies and beats. On the B-side Mike displays his love for mellow nightvibes and studio recording.
